Brad is the best. Exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate. Detail oriented. A tough, smart and fair negotiator. And masterful in helping with the inevitable emotional ups and downs of home buying. This is our second home, so we knew from experience what a challenge it can be to buy anew home.
